Well said. I said it before and I say it again this club are taking us for mugs as I am over 65 wont have to produce medical evidence, how wonderful! still see you want to fleece me of £200 and who knows what division we will be in next year! I seem to remember it took along time to get my refund this summer.

Haven’t renewed my 2 tickets yet but was planning to do so before the deadline. However with the announcement today from the government I don’t think that we will be going for some time yet. With only crowds now capped at 1,000 people down from the proposed 7,000, wouldn’t this see us in theory going to 1 game this season. This surely will see payments deferred onto season 21/22 and everyone who has already paid receive refunds!

Unprecedented demand for STs might mean "we've never had so poor a take up since we got back into the PL". So the club will take £200 from pensioners to secure the St for next season .. are Palace really that short of cash ? I’m in a position at 57 where I need a note from my doctors saying I can’t go to football and still give them £200 for nothing , you couldn’t make this s*** up. Whoever is managing this s*** show needs to be sacked. Edited by kev64 (09 Sep 2020 7.38pm)

Its confidential if you have a medical condition or not, Doctors wont disclose anything to your NOK unless told in person so why should someone in the box office be told about it.

I now await the phone call asking me about proof of Corona issues. His health and wellbeing is worth more than a club as much as I've loved them since 1972! There are more reasons than this fecking covid bollox to not renew. If they deny my son then they will be discriminating against autism and I will take this further if necessary!!

Pam called me last night and was apologetic for the time taken to get back to me, which I'd understood as she was inundated. She asked me what I'd done and was pleased I'd sorted it out and said there would be nobody calling me. Knew she wouldn't let me down

Everything we do online seems amateurish though.

Knew she wouldn't let me down Pam and the box office staff should not of been put in this position in the first place .. whoever thought it’s a great strategy by the club to ask anyone to share medical history, to prove so they can pay £200 not to purchase a season ticket for games that in all probability are not going to be attended are completely unhinged and should no longer be working for CPFC in any capacity. The club in my humble opinion should be a little more empathetic towards the fans. Edited by kev64 (15 Sep 2020 3.28pm)
