The pundits gave us plenty of credit but our own fans not so. One of the most difficult times in recent history and squealing like a load of pigs during the match.
I know I am harsh, but I cannot tolerate our sloppiness. We were ok, but we lost after getting ourselves 0-2 down. I am aqualung because on what I have seen we could lose our last 8 games, then I WILL SQUEAL A LOT AND WILL NOT BE HAPPY

Well I have to be pleased with our performance and desire tonight. We had a real go at them after Wilf scored and were unlucky not to get the draw. Thought Benteke played well and occupied their centre halves so other players could have a bit of space. Great to see Wilf switching wings and moving more (not to mention his goal) Would have liked to have seen Meyer on earlier. Good to see the team hasn't totally switched off for the season. Villa's defense is one of the worst so I am hopeful we can get a result there. Agreed with this and the last ratings (the first set were ridiculous). Ayew had a poor game, he deserves a 5 at best. I can honestly say I really enjoyed watching this game, that is after 25 minutes. This is how football should be. We gave it our all, almost tied it, but for 2 inches off the post. And that's despite the first goal being gifted to them from an injury. Did anyone think the game wasn't entertaining?

I hope for the best but fear the worst.

We started quite well then our outstanding defender and leader this season was stricken by a nasty injury which led to a goal. Cue the bitchfest. Absolutely embarrassing. Some even blaming the manager to suit their narrative. Anyone who bothered to get their head up from their keyboard and look at the telly could see we were having a go but the usual bollocks continued.

Unfortunately I think it was. Couldn’t be bothered to reply to it. Abraham is a centre forward playing for Chelsea, Meyer is a midfielder, playing out of position for Palace. Can see how it easy to compare them. But what is his best position and when is the last time he scored or assisted from that? He used to be a good young attacking midfielder at Schalke. Then they moved him to holding midfielder and he forgot to attack or how to position himself further up the pitch to create shooting opportunities. He hasn't got back his mojo since he came to Palace.

A much better performance, but another defeat. The last 3 games we deserved to lose, But tonight a point was the least we should have taken. A stroke of luck for Chelsea killed us when Cahill pulled up, but when your luck is out, it’s out. It’s frightening when you look at the quality Chelsea had on the bench compared to us, let’s hope we can add to the squad in the future, to at least give ourselves a chance next season. I have no complaints about tonight’s result...

I can't believe how many people are happy with what they saw. Yes, eventually, they gave us something to watch, but we lost and didn't quite do enough. All in all, very unhappy with four defeats in a row.

Massive improvement today. Don't know why we haven't shown that sort of spirit in the last few games. At least it shows we care but it seems we only seem to up our game when we are up against the bigger teams.
