Hasn't the notice to 'strike off' been removed now? That's what I heard earlier today.

No the notices have not been lifted; they won't be until we submit our accounts. FYP yesterday stupidly Tweeted that they had yesterday and then had to correct themselves subsequently.

There was an update, of sorts, from the Evening Standard yesterday. It confirms that draft accounts have been provided to the PL and that we've provided our 'top-line figures' to Deloitte for their annual review of football finances, to be published today. The only slight change is that 'technical issue' has changed to 'procedural problem' as the reason given for our failure to submit audited accounts to Companies House:

I reckon someone's querying Teflon Phil's expenses.

Here is the review if anyone is interested

The notes on pgs 19 & 20 refer to us not having the accounts ready!

Has the club been desolved yet?

I hear Simon Jordan is readying an offer to buy the assets from the government as soon as they call time on Parish and co.

Should be any day now right?

From insidecroydon.com
“the reason for the delay has been the increasingly complicated relationship between CPFC 2010 Ltd and the other companies involved with the club, including CPFC Ltd, CPFC Selhurst Park Ltd, and two other holding companies owned by Palace’s American investors.

The accounts are understood to have been with the Premier League for some time, and the delay in filing has been entirely due to the auditing process”

If true, what I find weird is that with one or two differences, which are solely related to Phil Alexander being an officer (I believe he is at CPFC 2010 but not the others), the various companies have the same personnel. Perhaps it is down to how each relate to the others.

I think that they are probably guessing and don't actually know any more than we do.

If the accounts haven't been signed off by the auditors I don't see what the Premier League want with them as "draft accounts" means exactly that, draft and therefore subject to change

The relationship between the entities shouldn’t have any bearing on ability to submit accounts and doubtful itd be a holdup for auditors (speaking as one).

I also find it mind blowing that the premier league would accept draft numbers. Nobody typically does and in my mind that either means one of three things:

1) the accounts are already audited and there is some other reason for not lodging them with CH (which would be odd and troubling)
2) they are lying about having submitted to the PL
3) they’ve submitted with a cover note from the auditors outlining where the dispute is

It looks like the accounts have been received by Companies House as the striking off action has been discontinued. They haven't been put up yet, but we shall no doubt be able to peruse them soon:
