Tempted by Spurs at 12/5.

Excellent away record this year, against a side who haven't played a competitive fixture in 3 months, and are only 4th in the Ukrainian League. Sherwood has made a few chances but still has a strong side out - seems very generous odds.

Agree that Napoli at 23/20 looks very good as well. Should have far too much quality for Swansea.

Soldado misses an open goal and Eriksen has one disallowed, then they concede a penalty out of nowhere. Brilliant.

Done treble of:

Lazio
Porto
Napoli draw no bet.

3/1 if all three win.
7/4 if 2 win & Napoli draw.

Waste of money. Europa Cup is usually pointless. I can't remember the last time I bet on it. I sort of got caught up in the attraction of lots of fanciable results. Come to think of it I don't bet much on the Champs League group stages much. When I do I'll bet on Tuesday, get it wrong, then on Wednesday the fav's or hunches come in.

Cashed out at £25 after the first 3 games finished/early in the second round of games. So bit of profit that'll pay for my weekend bets.

CHELSEA 8/15 v everton

DERBY 4/6 v bournemouth

LEICESTER 4/6 v ipswich

ORIENT 1/1 v swindon (Swindon squad ravaged)

nuneaton v 5/6 LUTON

hyde v 8/13 ALDERSHOT

Out of these I most fancy Chelsea, Orient & Luton. Possibly 1 double or 3 doubles of roughly 2/1 each. The treble is 9/2.

But Derby should do the biz as long as Grabban doesn't upset the day again, and Leicester should do Ipswich. And QPR have got to start winning again. QPR are 1/1 at Charlton. Sh1t.

F*** it. Derby, Leics, Orient 3 doubles it is then.

Chelsea will have one eye on their Champions league game and Everton are no mugs.

Leicester should win but Ipswich are a bit jekyll and hyde. Could park the bus and frustrate. Bit of a risk there.

I looked at QPR - they too should win, they have Ravel Morrison, but what put me off was Austin is injured and their fans say he's a big loss.

The one's I do like are Rotherham at Carlisle, they are in cracking form and have a good record v Carlisle. And Chesterfield to win at Wycombe. Wycombe struggle to score and nearly always concede. Chesterfield should stroll this.

Chelsea, Derby, Leics, Orient, Luton all won. The Hyde to lose odds weren't as good as the others. Did the 3 2/1 doubles on Derby, Leics, Orient. No 4fold or 5fold. Derby got the goal on 85.

Really should've done Luton instead of Derby. You just don't want to catch the 1st points drop from Luton, but they're really unstoppable.

No surprise Everton tried to keep it tight and no surprise really Bournemouth did similar.

3 doubles (evens 1/1) on:

LIVERPOOL 2/7 v Swansea

Toulouse v 1/2 PSG

VALENCIA 9/10 v Granada

2 of those should win at least. Treble is 9/5.

Typical of my luck at the moment I did a single on Chesterfield. Wycombe just broke a club record of 10 successive home games without winning, no wins in the last 9, only 4 clean sheets all season. Wycombe win 1-0 - just an absurd result

What about tonight?

I think Crawley will get something at Swindon, Northampton will get something v Southend and Burton will win at Torquay

I've had the following prepared to bet on tonight.

LUTON 8/15 v wrexham

scunthorpe 1/1 v bristol rovers

FLEETWOOD 4/5 v plymouth

I will probably go with the Luton & scunthorpe 2/1 double. Maybe some on the 9/2 treble.

scunthorpe/Fleetwood double is 14/5 and Luton/Fleetwood double is 9/5.

I think you'll probably be right on at least one. Those as all single wins is probably the way to go. I wouldn't bother with double chance doubles or trebles. Possibly a cash out bookie or a bookie with good in-play odds to back the draw late on if the bet is winning. Betfair or 365.
