Great team performance and credit to Roy - he knows how to upset the big boys!

Still 9th with couple of winnable genes to come - top ten finish looking probanle rather than possible now!

City are lucky we didn't have Townsend playing.

The whole team looked dead on its feet in the last 15 minutes and with City able to bring on €150million in talent it was unbelievable we got something. I don't remember Tosun having a bad touch so he was my MOTM. If he keeps playing like that he really could be our new Murray

With regard to Zaha, he seemed to turn on one instance in the second half where he beat his man and suddenly his confidence seemed to go up and then he had the energy to produce that second goal. That front three will cause some real problems for teams, I reckon, if Wilf can find his focus again.

VAR helped us out, but it was the right call again. I do think it's helping to balance things out for the smaller teams.

Just need to beat Soton now - they faded badly against Wolves

Very proud of our lot today!

Massive result.

COYP!!!

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Great result, fantastic performance and another upset of the big boys. We're turning into draw specialists, that's four in a row now.

Unfortunately every silver lining does have a cloud and today's result was slightly tinged with sadness for me, as I was forced to accept that the Scousers are now definitely going to win the league

We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the drugs began to take hold...

So FOUR trips to Manchester undefeated! Which other team can say that?!!!
Brilliant result.
And that is now FIVE times a City manager has failed to win a game on their birthday!

Have to say been better without him in the side

It hopefully leaves him thinking hard about not making stupid f@cking tackles and having unnecessary afters with players which get you sent off.

As our captain he should be leading more by example.

This may make him sit up and realise that if he keeps picking up cards then he could become a squad player.

Good player Luca, but in my option he’s no better or worse than the lads who played today.

Terrific result.

Let’s get some more West Ham players. They seem to be quite happy to sell us their best ones. Kouyate and Tomkins, both fantastic today.

In their previous 12 matches (all competitions) City had outscored their opponents 37-13. Great belief from our players, even though Man City played hard and well.

Riedawald was my MoM. Nothing came by him on the left, which is why Sterling switched sides.

Other notes:

McCarthy was asked to shadow DeBreune, which he managed in style, you can see him looking all game back to see where he is. Made a massive difference.

Kouyate was great, won tons of headers. Must have run so much.

Ayew was the usual running fiend. He played at tight back almost as much as center.

Tosen was great, not the fastest, but you can see why he's a natural striker and holds up the ball well. Doesn't just head on to no one (benteke).

Rest played really well. Zaha in final goal was amazing. Pity it's credited as an own goal.
