Not at all, that's what I go for. I personally don't see slim lasses as the holy grail.

Slim lasses, all bone, complaining, low cal alcohol free drinks, complaints and s**t food. Plus they're high maintenance, don't like it when you come in the face and make a big fuss about taking it up the arse.

I'd rather a lass who enjoys life. Or a disabled woman, there's something sexy about a wheelchair.

size 10 or under for me. I like em slim and toned. My mates think I'm into anorexic birds but I just like em slim, nothing fiendish.

There's nothing more disappointing (there are lots of things) than getting conned by a bigger bird in clothing that disguises her real size and when you undress here she's bloody humongous. And I have been an innocent/complicit victim of this on several occasions. Not that I was that fussed, like, every hole's a goal.

Don't go down the low fat route as the foods have usually had an artificial sweetener added to improve the taste. Artificial sweetener is worse as the body thinks sugar is coming and it doesn't and it can lead to overeating. Think it was horizon where they have two teams of netball players identical drinks one normal one with artificial sweetener. The ones with the sweetener ate far more from the buffet afterwards .. my exercise of choice is the exercise bike other than walking. Don't have time for the gym and when I was properly into it I was doing 15miles a day on it and low carbing. In all seriousness I might start a weight loss and fitness thread on here. We can have a weekly weigh in and keep track and try and motivate each other . I can't be the only one who needs to shape up

Thing is, and I say this with all sincerity and regards - Life is too short to worry about whether or not your 'attractive' or how others see you. In the end, everyone dies. I don't really think people should consider denying themselves pleasure unless its actually making them unhappier.

We're all going to die, no matter how healthy you are, everyone is at the mercy of their genetics first, and the controllable factors second.

Smoke, drink, drug, f**k, whatever, all our days are numbered. All you really can do is add quantity, but that's not what counts - Quality does.

Be yourself, and tell everyone else to f**k off. Only change yourself for you. Especially for a bloke or a bird.

It's good to start with a juice detox but basically if your energy output is greater than your energy input you will lose way. If you do the opposite you will gain weight.
Just need to make sensible choices with food, if you have scrambled eggs , have 4 eggs but take out 3 of the yolks, tastes the same and all the fat, cholesterol and crap are in the yolk.
Get the app 'my fitness pal', set your goals and don't lie about what you eat. If you can't lose weight by following that you are a f**king moron.
Good luck.

Or heroin. You don't see too many fat smack heads around. No matter how much you like a feed, you'll soon be more focused on the brown, plus you'll get loads of exercise earning money to buy more.

I expect you've already read it if that's your predilection but if not I can recommend 'Crash' by JG Ballard.

Normal size 12 to 18 for me. Anyone of whatever sex who iscfriven by vanity or a need to impress is, by definition, not an attractive person.

Ginger or strawberry blonde with glasses and nirvana has been achieved.

Noble sentiments indeed. Rationally I'd like to agree, but my willy makes those decisions for me and he's not rational (or a good person).
