Yes he needs to go in the summer, hopefully after we’ve scrambled safe. If we scramble safe as we are at this moment he deserves massive huge respect, I simply cannot understand how anyone can moan at how well he has performed on and off thew pitch, it is quite embarrassing to be honest especially when taking into consideration how well our results have been in the past when Zaha is absent ..how's he been playing this season Not Hodgsons fault that when Zaha is off what's left would struggle in the Championship and you know that too well.

All those times the crowd groan or boo a bewildering sub or nothing is done by Roy while 0-1 down at home for 70 mins until 10 mins left when there’s at least 2 options to change things up or add another attacking player instead of the 3 defensive midfielders and you sit there, at home without any time of your life taken up, no doubt quite content nothing is going to happen this week, again, like the week before the same thing happened and the weeks before that as well. Yeah ok mate. Roy has had his time at this club by May, like most managers at clubs at the top. They lose their shine. It’s a shame he hasn’t been hacked but I’m not confident the money spent would be good long term. There still have been some options to him but he won’t budge from his favourite formation and players to fit that. The writing is on the wall for next season under Roy. Seen it all before. Did you not support us under Pardew for one example?

Changes need to be made next season, Here's what i think: Roy needs replacing maybe Big Sam or Eddie Howe even the ginger one but not someone like the unfinished business one. Goalkeepers: Right Backs: Centre Backs: Left Backs: Midfielders: Strikers: I hope we give some of our younger players a chance.

Your proposals are well meant but unaffordable.

We are in a position to get just that and if you believe for one moment that we are capable of playing like Liverpool then you really need to sit down and look into a mirror, our squad including all the subs are middle of the road and that's exactly where we are at the moment, we are as it stands not going down we are as it stands six flipping points above the drop zone, we have endured three defeats in a row one of which we lost because our silly keeper did a Sprake and the other two because four of the goals were as clinical as you can get, meaning to me that they had to do this in order to beat us. You've seen and every other Palace fan has seen our squad trying to string three to four passes together on the pitch ..it doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand our managers response to how they should entertain us does it. And whose job pray tell is it to ensure they can string 3 passes together ?

Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky. |

Look I've nothing against Roy. However I don't know how you can argue with the pretty damming evidence of recent performances. even taking into account our good start. We are averaging 3 shots on target, and scoring less than one goal per game, I imagine if you go back and do the same figures over the last 7 games those figures would drop still further. That can only be the fault of 1 man. last season we had literally double those figures and scored nearly two goals a game. We have been worked out. There is no plan b. if we persist we will go down. Insanity = doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.

We’ll have 4 CBs and 3 CMs. Mitrovic or Ollie Watkins for £20 mil each? Hmmm. Joint favourites for championship golden boot. I haven’t looked at the net wage change but it doesn’t look promising. And Zaha sold for £60 mil? We didn’t get a bid over £40 mil last summer and how’s he doing this season?

And 15m for Benteke? Ha ha, 5 in 2 and a half seasons, you'd have a problem giving him away free with a packet of cornflakes. Another of those baffling boardroom decisions.

Why would any of those players want to join us given the way Roy treats new signings and our negative tactics?
