Estate agent windows look very different now - to not put people off and convince hunters and hopers there are properties in the roads and areas people know of in the area.

Yep, it goes back to that planting proverb, most of them couldn't give a monkey's. They will vote for parties and politicians who ruin the country, but god forbid anything happens in their area. Obviously, we all are aware of jobs that we think are over paid and also under paid. I don't know enough about the jobs within the sector.
