I’m not sure he would go anywhere other than Arsenal or Spurs. Can’t think why he would want to take his family to Everton. Maybe France is an attraction for him? Arsenal don't need him any more as they already have a surfeit of wingers and I doubt whether any French club could afford his wage demands apart from PSG. If he genuinely wants to test himself at the highest level why would he want to join Everton as they aren't in Europe

There's still 4 weeks or whenever the window closes for speculation to start. I believe the reason why nothing is going on is the Euros, He's not in the shop window. As said previously Arsenal are fully stocked with wingers, Everton are a wage increase and if he's such an Arsenal fan would he really take a pay cut to join Spurs. Only way I can see him leave is as swap for Arsenal youngsters or play a blinder til Xmas and get his dream move then.

We need to make sure he doesn't leave on deadline day, with no replacement in sight. It would hardly surprise me though.

When Man United wanted Sancho last summer, Dortmund told both United and Sancho: 1. The price they would accept. 2. The deadline by which it had to be met. This was some weeks before the close of the transfer window so that they could, as you rightly consider in the case of Zaha, get a replacement in time. Both the fee and the deadline were non-negotiable. United thought they could wheedle their way around both, but once the deadline passed Dortmund made it clear they would not be doing business for another year, thank you. The player had been primed for exactly these events, and could see the club had been totally fair and clear. He then went on to have a great season for them before getting his move this summer.

I think that unless the right Club comes in that he will stay with us - certainly for now anyway.

if we don't sell or part exchange him now he will leave for nothing in 2 years, because his next contract will be about a third of what he is on now, 30 year old wingers are not going to be easy to sell, i think if all goes well with reported transfers and Eze becomes Fit again he might struggle to get in the team

If the guy's heart is not with us anymore what is the point in hanging on to someone who blows hot and cold it would be much better for all concerned if he left and we stop trying to build a team around Zaha!

No Andros maybe so IF Olise signs then we have a left and a right footed winger and when Eze returns we (might) go back to a 4231 formation. We have some cover in the under 23s so if Wilf goes we have cover (as we did when Wilf broke through).
Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course). |

If Vieira wants him to stay, he will be kicking off for us next season. He is our best player and top goal scorer, good reasons to keep him, unless a massive offer comes in.
