Happy with that part of the team played well and we deserved a point. If we are not going to out in crosses I would like to try Bats and Mateta up front and see what pace does.

Felt we played the best we have for a long time. Everton may have had a few more clear cut chances but most of them came on the break. Our play had some intent and were often just trying to overplay and getting the final ball wrong.

Best use of the ball I've seen from us all season, but we should have lost comfortably given the chances they created. Thing is, as many have said all season, we tend to give up chances even when playing defensively. At least we were good to watch tonight.

Unusually for a palace game that was a pretty good watch. I thought we played ok in the final quarter without ever looking likely to score.......until we did.
