Any Palace fan moaning after that needs to support another club. Brilliant performance. So unlucky to go 1-0 down but showed more danger going forward than they have in ages. Fantastic effort. Deserved better. Here are the ratings:

For all our hard work, we're giving ourselves a mountain to climb from 0-2 down when we haven't scored more than 2 hoals in any game. At least they gave us something to watch today, eventually, but not good enough over 90 minutes again. Can't see us getting another point this season. Villa will be so up for Sunday, they have to be.

Think we were desperately unlucky to come away from that with nothing, Chelsea can count themselves lucky. Was annoyed with Benteke at the death, he was in on goal and had time to pick a corner and shoot but hesitated and allowed Zouma to make the tackle. A pity as he played well. Also as much as I like Joel Ward he's incredibly limited. PvA may have his shortcomings but he makes things happen down the left flank.

Trouble is our bench is not good enough, just look at Chelseas, not difficult for Lampard re substitutions but a lot more difficult for RH.

Deserved better. Here are the ratings: I agree how we didn’t equalise I do not know. Chelsea were worried. Our passing is still poor, shame pundits didn’t give us more credit. Ref gave us little but no an excuse.

He came off the bench for Chlesea which clearly shows the difference in class between our squads, although you wouldn't have known it as I thought we put in a great performance. Unfortunately Cahills injury left us with a mountain to climb but it was a great game to watch. How many centre back pairings have we had this season? I'm not surprised we're starting to concede more - Fortunately Roy has got us safe before this bad run of games. Well done Roy.

Ended up watching after Wilf scored and I read that we were actually attacking them. We were great to watch 2nd half, everything we've been starved of seeing this season. I don't mind the result as long as we try and play that way, it's made me want to watch our next game to see if we can keep that intensity and entertainment up Wilf was world class tonight and I hope all the Sakho haters watched his passes break Chelsea's press all night and give him the praise he deserves

Nicholas what do you expect, Chelski are third in the league, we actually gave them a good game this evening, with the squad they've got I was worried we'd be hammered but we weren't. Presume you won't be at Selhurst next season.
