Funny as F**k

Also one of the funniest responses I can find on the Manure forums

"If Palace can do that to us imagine how bad we'll look against Europe's elite...

What a day. Palace bloody roller coaster.....

Perhaps the Roy doubters (I am being polite) can take some time out now!!!

Always remembering walking from the Holmesdale to the Whitehorse end at half time!

I wonder what the odds were for a 3-1 Palace win. And when did we last score 3 away?

My forecasts are always wrong. So glad this time.
A great day for you Palace well done all of you!

Possible when we beat Citeh!

I love the rosy ratings on espn

[Link]

What a blind idiot.

Pogba 6 of 10????? At best a 3. Linderhof a 4 of 10???? Responsible (at least partly) for all 3 goals, at best a 2.

Even Martial a 6??? Really? Tell me what he did.

Only VDB should be over a 5.

Great result, and amazing that we deserved some points here.

A few points...

Townsend looked much more animated than normal. I think having competition for positions will push players to play better.

Sakho was a liability, disappointed in him.

Zaha looks more interested this year so far.

Mitchell, not good. He was beaten too often, too easily. I hope he is capable of better than this.

Eze, love watching his composure. That's exactly what we need. A few times he got the ball deep in our end, and casually dribbled it out of danger, passing it off.

McCarthy and McArthur had a good match.

Ayew worked hard. His penalty was total crap though. Thank god Wilf got a second chance to bury it.

No we scored 3 or more away on several occasions after that as follows:
4-3 loss at Liverpool
1-4 win at Leicester
1-3 win at Burnley
2-3 win at Arsenal
2-3 win at Cardiff
all between Jan and May of 2019.

Sakho ran the entire defence. For all his faults he is a leader at the back. A bit like Cahill or Dann, they lead a back four. Tomkins, Kelly & Koyuate are good partners. Sometimes it isn’t your best two individual defenders to play but the best pairing.

I suspect that’s why he got the nod over Kelly and why Allardyce loaned him here in the first place.
