He needs to retire or drop down leagues if you are getting injured all the time it is either to do with Palace training or his body can't handle this level. It looks like his body can't handle it so to keep forcing it is not good and really it's about money/fame for this guy like so many footballers now days. the true lovers of the sport will retire or drop down the leagues.

He may have been one of the early ones to have a dead person's transplanted (or grafted) which is commonplace now.
