Maybe you guys are used with being spanked around and not replying, but I will stand up for myself. Edited by mattteo (12 Jan 2017 9.39am) There was nothing rude about my comment, I'm a sarcastic b****** at the best of times, either accept it or ignore it. Your "I'm doing you all a favour with my guidance" and "I know what I'm talking about" stance is funny though, a surefire way to back up your conjecture on footballing matters and keep the readers enthralled.

Bristol City fans laughed when we bought Yala. Let's face it he can't be worse than award or Kelly so it's good business.

Does make me chuckle with the insight of the foxes fans - he has been the clubs young player of the year for the last 2 seasons! I think the frustration with him has been that he doesn't produce consistently enough - a little bit like Wilf did in the early days. But he was very decent in their title winning season And with focused defensive coaching he will develop and improve. He is only 24 so the best is yet to come and he has something that our current defence are missing- bags of pace! Would be a welcome addition.

So if he does sign, does this mean we should all get on his back straight away? Name one player that is worth the ridiculous amount that is paid between two PL clubs for a footballer? You'll find we've sold plenty of players that we didn't like that went on to better things at other clubs. Luckily, scouts know more about ability and talent than fans do. Leicester fan here, not taking the piss, but thanks very much for taking Jeff off our hands. We've mugged you off big time if £12 million is the correct figure. Get used to having a 'professional' footballer looking bemused about being on a football pitch. Easily the most infuriating player I have ever seen for us. Good luck for the rest of the season.
