Does anyone know the rules regarding Wilfs yellow card.
Well done Palace, great support from us away fans as usual, sweet fa from the library.

Well, since VAR said it was a penalty, then he didn't dive, then he can't be carded for something VAR says he didn't do, can he?

Ayew had run himself into the ground and Benteke is better at defending corners.

Yes quite agree, but Ayew wouldn't.

The ref went up to him afterwards to tell him the yellow card had been ruled out. Made quite a big gesture with his arms and Wilf nodded and gave him the thumbs up.

"Brighton are talking about how they're coming for us. And it's like, we've been waiting in the Premier League for you for ages." Wilfried Zaha, 2017.

You mean the Zaha that won the penalty and put McArthur in to set up the second goal?

Thanks folks from the away end of the ground I didn't notice the ref speaking to Wilf and chalked off the yellow card.
Excellent performance against a cynical Arsenal team that committed 18 fouls against our 9.
Beggars belief that some grumpy people seem to love slagging off Zaha, who today won a penalty, contributed to our second goal and may well have scored the winner if he had not been rugby tackled in the 95th minute. About a third of those fouls were on him, I do agree however that in our own penalty area he should not try the clever stuff just hoof it into row Z.

Which I believe is what the criticism is about and what he needs to improve on to achieve his big move, Arsenal could not cope with him defensively.

Noticeable that MOTD didn’t mention this incident at all.

True but as BFS says
Respect the point.
Well pleased with that today.
Also impressed with the away area.
Away Team colours in lights.
Short queues for the toilets
and quicker access to yeast and very decent hot dogs.
Stewards were friendly and helpful as well.
