What a miserable team Chelsea really are.

I noticed someone on the BBC app commenting: How have mid tier clubs in the PL missed out on signing Cole Palmer ? £42.5 Million for someone who has played a handful of games - Also - who leaves Man City for Chelsea in the hope of getting more game time.

Suspect Boehly now working out what he’ll need to pay when he buys Hudson-Odoi back from Forest. £100 million or so ? LOL

Looking at their squad I cant see where a billion pound is , they have been had over numerous times with over valuations and still failed to get a decent striker in while letting one walk away They will fail no doubt by their own lofty expectations ,I see them as team that will be playing on a Thursday night next season

Can't pretend to care much more than hoping we get some points off of them. They're not that good. A couple of the big sides aren't that good this year. It's a poor Man I, Man City not quite as destructive, Chelsea rubbish, Arsenal gelling, Liverpool rebuilding, Newcastle stalling. It's why teams like Brighton and West Ham may fancy their chances. Not us, as we didn't deal with obvious shortcomings. There was an opportunity this season - let's see others take it.

I wonder if Chelsea go down this season we might look at that Gallagher fella?

Brighton North aren’t doing so well. Losing to Forest at home, and they looked pathetic. Clearlake must be a terrible PE firm.

As with all these schadenfreude threads, be it Everton, Chelsea etc, I'd feel a lot more comfortable if we ever did anything against the club we are all mocking. In the case of Chelsea, we've lost our last twelve matches against them.
Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes) |
