Can't seem to find any info on if he's still injured (guessing he is though). Can anyone shed any light? Cheers

There is a friendly against Millwall today at the academy so I would imagine that if he is healthy he is likely to be in the squad. Originally posted by edskan

When we went for and eventually got Ferguson we all saw him as a good signing to replace Ward. Sadly his injury record has been appalling. Even if he is fit he has now had years without regular football which will mean his ability will have declined and he has missed out on crucial period of time he could have been developing in. I'd love to be wrong but reality is we got a dud and we need to move on for his sake as much as ours. Best option for him will be for him to get fit and loaned out to a lower league team in order to get regular first team football and try to recover some of what he has lost whilst we bite the bullet and try to bring in a RB

He had 1 major injury when we took him on a free to be sorted by us , what has happened the injury is ok but due to lack of play minor injurys are happening which is par for the course in recovery , he is still a young lad so this is the make or break season , Ive said in previous posts we need a younger stop gap RB in case he doesnt recover , and maybe that stop gap would be better than expected , so wait on any news that comes from selhurst park not gossip

Watched him in the Academy games between injuries, easing himself back in etc, and only on Palace TV, so just wanted to qualify the position. Not sure what everyone is expecting, but if you think he is the second-coming of Dani Alves you may want to adjust accordingly.

Well, he's on the bench for the *ahem* friendly V Millwall. So, we will see if he gets on(2nd half perhaps)
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Did he get on the pitch today? From the details on the Sky Sports app, he came after half time and was withdrawn after 77mins. Make of that what you will, but only lasting 20mins in a pre season friendly doesnt look good.

He is a CB not a full back, played a few games at WBA at FB because of injuries, but all his youth and U21 games were at CB
