He has just left his post as Moroccan national team coach. The rumours have been circulating that Vieira has been waiting to appoint him as his assistant. Highly rated technical coach and apparently the brains behind Wales incredible Euro 2016 semi final achievement. Coleman only provided the motivation!!!

Sounds like a very good person to have at the club and also a bit more experience to support PV. In the coaching set-up we'd have a nice blend of new blood and new ideas mixed in with some core Palace faces.

If we do well enough that Arsenal poach our management team, that'll mean we've had a great season. And we'll look a far more appealing bride to the next suitors. I'd be fine with that if we plan it out.
