WBA have only conceded 2 goals in their last 5 games and the 1 defeat during this spell has been by a single goal. They are going to be resolute, we are not exactly prolific scorers and I envisage a scoreline of CPFC 0 WBA 1.

What a surprise With respect to many a WBA victory will be a surprise, but I have perused their recent results, seen some of their games and given our failings I have formed the view that they will score a narrow victory, frustrating us along the way.

It won't be pretty, and more to the point, they will take the initiative. Not because Roy will be outthought, or out managed by Allardyce, but simply because WBA need to go for the win in all their games to have any hope whatsoever, and we don't. Difficult to predict as who knows which Palace will appear. At least Wilf is back (if only others can use the space he provides) Looks like a 1-1. Be interesting to see how Gallagher gets on as he is often mentioned as a possible midfielder for us. Personally I'd bust the bank and get RLC in as a skilful and attacking midfielder is what we sorely need. Likely we will end up with Lunstrum unfortunately.

It would be great to see them both on the Palace team . youth aggression and experience pace and class .

They need this win a lot more than we do consequently we will soak up their pressure and squeeze it out in their area. 1-0 to us Is there one of those predictor things this season where you guess the scores for the remainder of the games and 99% of us predict a Palace drop avoidance
Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course). |
