Luckily our owners know stability is preferable to reckless ambition. Just ask the likes of Stoke and Wigan, among so many others. Is our football perfect? No. Are we likely to stay up and have some good/exciting results throughout the season? Yes. Good enough for me

in a pre-match review of today's game rlc stated and i quote/ i enjoyed my time at palace and roy hodgson is a brilliant coach who helped me a lot/ unquote

That’s great. That Roy was different to the Roy we have now. He tried to take the game to teams in his first season. Then gave up

Good for you. But not for me. Football is about fun, excitement, passion and taking the game to an opponent when you can. Roy’s whole ethos and philosophy to me is anti football. I’ll never accept this way of playing. I appreciate Roy’s work and what’s he done as one of our own. I just hate his idea of how the game should be played. It’s all stop the opposition first. What we can do is secondary.

Nobody has suggested reckless decisions to be made that’s nonsense.
