Though this has been touched upon in other threads, I'm interested to see the general sentiment on the new pay-per-view 'service' charged at £15 a game, payable regardless of whether you already pay for sky or BT.

Personally I have BT but not sky, and am used to paying £7 or £8 to hire sky sports for a day when Palace are on. I do that through Now TV, so am already used to pay-per-view, though I usually get two or three games for that price (presuming I want to watch them all).

Leaving aside whether anyone wants to pay anything to watch us play like we did against Brighton, will you be stumping up the £15 to watch us at Fulham (and other games on the horizon) or not?

I'm not - and have a look at this thread for details on some of us trying to get a #charitynotppv effort going (similar to that which raised £20k from Newcastle fans): [Link]

Move to Canada! You get every single Premier League game, every Champions League game, every Europa League game and selected Championship games for $150 a year ( that's about £90) via DAZN. That's about 18p per game.

Why worry about TODAY when TOMORROW will be even worse.

Living here in Malta all of our games are included as part of the TSN sport package. It seems ridiculous that if you live abroad you don't have to pay extra, but if you live in the country where the games are played you do! Even if you're going to charge, £15 seems hugely excessive and likely to result in low viewing figures as most people will simply try and pick up an illegal stream instead.

No I won't stump up £15 to watch any of Palace's games on the TV box office channels. Fortunately, I have Sky (and via my son BT) so will at least get to watch the occasional Palace game if I can face the challenge should we continue in the vein of the last two games.

I am not happy with the fee and think its a rip off, but at the same time there is no live football I can go and watch, even local non-league games are behind closed doors so it comes down to whether I would rather do nothing (football-wise) on saturday afternoon, or stump up a high fee.

If I thought the campaigns to boycott the ppv games would achieve anything that would probably sway my thinking, but sadly I don't.

Watching in pub which will cost more than £15 but if at home then no I wouldn’t out of principle.

Pay SKY enough money as is. Only have SKY sports for Boxing and Palace. There is no boxing now so why should I pay extra to watch us play. F@ck SKY, am actually going to cancel them.

Plus they are driving this Black Lives Matter crap. We are meant to pay £15 a game to make young black footballers even more rich and meant to feel guilty at the same time.

I won’t be paying any more out of Principal. £15 is an obscene amount to charge.

They'll have to pay me a lot more than £15 to watch that drivel for another week... or have I misinterpreted what's happening here?

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Nope, I have a perfectly good box that streams me the latest films, box sets and every PL match every week and the cost is 35 euro per month. I will never pay Sky a penny again and to be honest I try and watch the match from another source if I can so I don’t have to listen to the dreadful pre match hosts they have.
