This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

Schluppmeister up front possibly or Zaha guess we will have to wait and see.

Like the midfield 3 of Jimmy, Jairo and Max and also good to see Vicente back in goal.

What is interesting is that this is now the 3rd game running Kouyate has started at centre back rather than Kelly which indicates to me that this is what Roy is going to do this season. Not seen enough of him yet at centre back to maked a judgement on his ability there but it seems Roy is making a big call when normally he keeps things the same as far as player positions go.

Here's what is unlikely, but what I would like to see as the formation with that team:

VG

Ward Kouyate Dann TM

McArthur Riedewald Schlupp

Meyer

Ayew Zaha

Give Meyer the opportunity to shine rather than sticking him out on the wing where he tends to disappear.

Agreed, Meyer as a proper No10

If we are going to play Eze as a number 10 then it makes sense to have a backup.

Genuinely believe that Meyer is the answer to what we have been missing! If played in HIS position he will unlock defences!

If they are as s*** as Millwall!

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

i just personally dont think he has been given a fair crack in his position! he has been made to play out wide and thats not his game! put him in a team that play keep ball and move quickly up the field and he would get in most top sides! IMHO of course

If they are as s*** as Millwall!
