What a fantastic performance against Bournemouth and can our unbeaten run continue against Liverpool??
Think we might just do it 2-1.

Liking the optimism.

I think a 1-0 win is possible, as is a 5-0 loss to be fair.

I'm gonna go with a still optimistic 0-0 draw which I would take now and then look to Burnley!

COYP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Liverpool looked sluggish, but Salah and Robertson will be back on Wednesday. If Lovren starts that would be a bonus. Sadly Mane was one of the few players who looked lively and we all know what a pain in the ar*e he is for us (especially when combined with Salah's ability to con a referee - although hopefully VAR has put an end to that). Another potential positive is that we got to take a holiday in the second half against Bournemouth, whereas Liverpool had to work hard for a point.

I'm going to go for a blood and guts 1-0 win with lots of complaining from Klopp, the pundits and pretty much everyone except us. All the sweeter if Bentenke gets the goal. Seems highly improbable, but I'd rather be playing them now than when they are fully focused again.

From my perspective it will be a game where Liverpool have the lion's share of possession and we will try and frustrate the home team by sitting behind the ball displaying our usual shape, organisation and discipline.

I don't think anyone is expecting us to have an attacking threat and it is going to be a jolly hard watch for us supporters. I have in my mind a 2-0 win for Liverpool.

Sounds right.

I wish!

Although I thinks it’s as likely as Willo having been to to the Cherries 🍒 VIP section...

A draw would be phenomenal

Hard one to call but we stand a reasonable chance

Stand by on 6 July BarEagle, the whole of England is coming to visit you on the basis we can't go anywhere else.

We've won there before against all expectations and we can do it again on Wednesday.
They looked very ordinary against an average Everton, who almost won the game.
Contrast our very polished performance against Bournemouth and I predict our unbeaten run will continue!!

Regional racism will be overlooked that day ;-)

I was optimistic prior of us schooling Bournemouth. We have a bit of positive momentum on our side now. This challenge is a different beast though. We'll likely struggle for possession and have to be clinical with our chances when we get them. My heart says 1-1, my head says a 2-0 Liverpool win.

The 'Celtic Manor' hotel have sent me an email today stating they will be open from 14th July.

Would bite your arm off for a scrappy draw, but I'll take no injuries or suspension worries as long as we're not humiliated - the whole media love-in will be hard enough to stomach as it is
