I put together a montage of clips, where Palace are mentioned or appear in some form in films or TV that is unrelated to football. I've had to edit a couple in a way that avoids You Tube's copyright systems.

Well done Bubs some great research and reminders of some great shows. Abigail's Party with Alison Steadman if you've never seen it be prepared to cringe very seventies and of course The Firm Gary Oldman is brilliant in that very true to life. Shame most of the jokes were against Palace but I guess that's because if they had been against the big boys they would have got pelters.

Well done. A nice memory of the Holmesdale terrace in the clip from The Firm. Maybe not film or TV in the strictest sense, but this was televised back in the day when public information films were prominent:

It’s not really promotion more knowing some on here would enjoy some of the stuff I put out. I was originally a happy holer for years but then a few close mates were posting on the BBS and so I levitated over there for obvious reasons. Simple as that. Haven’t really got enough hours in the day to devote to both.

According to IMDB, Selhurst Park was used as a location for the following: I.D. (1995) I can't confess to having watched any of them! I have a vague memory of attending a match at Selhurst where cameras were present as part of the making of some film or TV fiction, but I can't be more specific. I'm thinking it may have been as long ago as the 70s. Maybe someone else remembers this.

I could be wrong but I think ID is based off palace with operation whitehorse the undercover operation that saw over a hundred palace arrested.
