The earliest Liverpool can win the league is 21st March against us. We have history, and tend to raise our game against them..our best performance of the season was against them at homs( even tho we lost). We are the last team to beat them at anfield, and we like nothing more than pissing all over a scouse party. Can we? Or will it be another 9-0. Most likely a 1-0 defeat with a dodgy var decision or individual brainfart, after defending stoutly with 3 def midfielders screening, and the the one chance get benteke balloons over the kop and into the street behind with an open goal at his mercy.

I had to smile when I saw that Liverpool could win the title against us. By then I expect Tosun will be our first choice striker, although, if my memory serves me right, Benteke did score when we last won at Anfield. a long time till then, and, of course, the gap between them and second could easily narrow before then (unlikely, though, the way Citeh are dropping points).

I fear that's the ultimate in straw clutching. The party we need to worry about being spoilt is our own, as we're currently risking our longest sojourn in the top flight.
