The earliest Liverpool can win the league is 21st March against us.

We have history, and tend to raise our game against them..our best performance of the season was against them at homs( even tho we lost).

We are the last team to beat them at anfield, and we like nothing more than pissing all over a scouse party.

Can we?

Or will it be another 9-0.

Most likely a 1-0 defeat with a dodgy var decision or individual brainfart, after defending stoutly with 3 def midfielders screening, and the the one chance get benteke balloons over the kop and into the street behind with an open goal at his mercy.

A convenient draw, giving them the opportunity to lift the trophy at Anfield next game

Likely we will be desperate for the points by then, right in the mix down the bottom, what valuable points the could be.

I had to smile when I saw that Liverpool could win the title against us.
By then I expect Tosun will be our first choice striker, although, if my memory serves me right, Benteke did score when we last won at Anfield.
a long time till then, and, of course, the gap between them and second could easily narrow before then (unlikely, though, the way Citeh are dropping points).

Ooops! Well that's it then. The camera's will be there, the trophy will be polished in anticipation, and we'll sneak a 4-3 last minute win

Did you know if Liverpool win the next five games, they can win the league in they beat Palace!!

"BBC: When is the earliest Liverpool can win the league?

Liverpool could, in theory, win the title against Bournemouth on 7 March. That would require Liverpool to win all their matches in that time while Manchester City slip up.

The only guarantee the Reds know is that just six wins from their remaining 13 games will be enough to be crowned champions, regardless of what their rivals do.

The Reds' sixth game from this point of the season is against Crystal Palace at Anfield on 21 March."

This will mean they will be nervous possibly that day too.

Come on Palace, this would make a mark on our season (I havent had much else to cheerful about this season).
Who wants to be the team that loses and they are crowned.

Remember what happened at Gerrards last home match.. we won!!

I fear that's the ultimate in straw clutching. The party we need to worry about being spoilt is our own, as we're currently risking our longest sojourn in the top flight.
