I like it, if I'm in the right frame of mind. I prefer a wholegrain mustard, but sometimes English Mustard is the only thing that will do.

You can't have a toad in the hole, or a hot gammon sandwich without some fiery English mustard. It'd be like having beef without horseradish.

Yellow mustard and horseradish are an abomination.

Next you will tell us you like Brussel sprouts and cauliflower.

Just the thought of them makes me think about talking to the big white telephone.

horseradish, English mustard, wasabi...i love it when food snakes through my ear, nose, throat system and into my brain and makes my eyes stream. I love to see what I can take... nibble on the corner of a toasted sandwich with a big fat dollop of the yellow stuff. it's not for the flavour as such.
