Anyone apart from me and Casual watching this one? Forget the Mayweather debacle. This is 2017's biggest fight of the year. Tough one to pick. Have tickets to Billy Joe Saunders the same night but all I will want to do is to get home to watch this. Could be a classic.

One for the hardcore this one. 3G win by knockout for me.

Canelo for me. Haven't been convinced by GGG in his last couple, reckon he's on the wane. Haven't decided whether to stay up or wake up for it yet.

Looking forward to this one. Someone is going to get stopped......still think GGG has that air of inexorability about him, although Canelo will be able to hurt him and possibly back him up a bit. GGG to stop Canelo (maybe on a TKO?) in 9 or 10 rounds.

Canelo by knock out, not been convinced by GGG lately, but you never know with his power, I just fancy Canelo to bang him up.

My money's on Golovkin. I hope Billy Joe Saunders loses after allowing his son to punch and kick Monroe Jr, in the balls, at the weigh in.

Who are Golovkin and Canelo - owners of an 'English' football team?

Edited by Stirlingsays (15 Sep 2017 5.16pm) Same here, would normally want the British fighter to win but he's odious. Monroe Jr was even the better man after that, gesturing to his seconds that it's fine and don't get involved while Saunders carries on posing like nothing happened. He blatantly told his son to do it too. Golovkin is an unbeaten Kazakh middleweight. Canelo is actually called Saul Alvarez and is a Mexican welterweight/light middleweight with a loss and a draw to date.

Great fight. Can't believe that it was a draw and that one judge had Canelo won it by 8! They have to do it again, but the result looks like a De La Hoya con job.

I had 3G by three four rounds. I can't see how it could be scored for Saul.....Pretty bad really but that's what it's like with Saul, he's the cash cow and you have to knock him out to win. Now they get to charge the fans again in a rematch....comes across as blatant money making.
