I live near Sandhurst royal military academy and young men in offensive coloured trousers is very common place,they stand out a mile against all the chav's and "Tap out" wearing bell ends who live round this part of the world. What is funny though is a trip to Tesco's at induction time,many of them have to buy ironing board's so you get herds of them walking around with long sleeved shirts Brown shoes and odd coloured trousers with ironing board under their arms looking like surf dudes from a parallel universe.
