A celebration of the female struggle to overcome the barriers of a gender imbalanced World, a struggle that has freed women to pursue they own agenda and have in turn improved the World by using the best aspects of femininity to change human behaviour. Or another chance for a bunch of moany, hairy lezzers to have another go at men, only because they cannot land one, when they should be in the kitchen or on their backs (copyright Mr T. Fury esq). What are your opinions?

Another one for the bonfire, along with Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Teachers Day, Non smoking Day, Don't Dig Your Garden Day, Pick Your Bogeys Day and all the other so-called 'celebratory' days which cost shed-loads of money one way or another and actually serve bugger all purpose to real people. Bah humbug!

I've totally misunderstood - I though Women's day was like pancake day, i.e. you have carte blanche to have far too many of them all day (smothered in lemon and sugar) until you make yourself feel sick and don't want to see one for another 6 months

I am giving in to equal rights today (at last, I am quite the dinosaur) by treating girls with the same contempt I feel for the rest of society. I am also taking extra care to appreciate the female form but staring unashamedly down the tops of anyone sporting a C cup or larger. Happy birds' day everyone. Cheers.

Interestingly there actually is an international men's day (Nov 19th). Could there be a more pointless day And then I googled the list. Suffice to say that International Men or Womens day, are eclipsed by such classics as International Intellectual Property Day, International Reflection on the Genocide in Rwanda Day, International Jazz Day and world migratory bird day.... And that's just up to May. But my favourite is international world population day.... 11th July, closely followed by International Toilet Day also on the 19th of November this year.

I think we should celebrate World Toilet Day. Go to India and tell me after you don't appreciate a British khazi.

For every bint out there 'celebrating' this ridiculous nonsense, yet another floor goes un-hoovered or a kitchen un-cleaned. Get the whining bitches back to their housework.

Our greatest gift to the world. You don't even have to go as far as India - The British Khazi is without doubt one of the crowning pinnacles of civilisation - Its as important as the viaduct and aqueduct. Squatting over a hole in a s*** smeared room compared to a leisurely sit, on ones own throne, with a periodical of choice. That is what civilisation is about, turning the most fundermentally uncivilised act (taking a s**t) into something a gentleman can take time to find themselves in. God bless the Khazi, god save the queen.

I am fuming..... yes fuming! Went into Yeovil and got accosted by a short, bearded, scruffy and probably sandal-wearing lentil eater, who waved a bit of paper at me and asked if I knew it was International Women's Day. I affirmed that I did know and he asked if I would support a petition for women's pension rights. I explained politely that I already had my pension and that it was fine thank you..... he then said I then ought to support their cause so that other women could have the same as I have. I pointed out that they had every right, as I had, to work for 46 years continuously and get their own...... Ah! he cried, but some women lose out because they have had children and not been able to work as I had - what about their right? Didn't they deserve to get the same as me? No! I said, because they have had 16 years of Child Benefit for each child and probably Tax Credit, Tax Working credits or whatever else has been avavilable over that period and I see no reason why they should be entitled to bread, butter, jam and cake for making a lifestyle choice to have children! He then RAISED HIS EYEBROWS AND TUTTED AT ME - yes actually tutted......
Rant over.......I'm going for a lie down

We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just wa**ing with a football. |
