The man prevented from boarding a train by Chelsea fans says he has been unable to work since, is on medication, unable to travel on public transport and is 'destroyed' - oh and his children are 'traumatised'. Claim for loads of compensation in the offing?

Laughable.

I've suffered too. Still unable as an English man/ football fan to go abroad without being viewed as scum.

We should all get a few quid from Abramovic.

Your compensation claim should be against the Bin Dippers for their Heysel antics.

Cynic or realist? It's a fine line!

That's right blame the victim. He is subject to racist bullying and you decide you know how he should feel afterwards.

It's the age we live in though.

Who's to say that he isn't milking this for all it's worth?

I'm sure a load of Blame/Claim lawyers wet their pants watching that video at the thought of their cut of any likely compo payout.

Your right he might be.

I Just think it odd to come on and blame the victim not the racists. If someone runs into the back of your car and injures you; you might want to play it for all its worth - but you were still injured because someone went into the back of your car
