This is just another example of how those that govern us no longer act in our interests. Yet, the left call for more and more layers of overpaid, incompetent layers of government to inflict their Wisbech-style lunacy on us all.

Basically you take away the one natural air scrubber of co2 that being plants , trees etc. locally the air quality drops and hey presto more green tax. Just a theory as money is what these councils need.
