It is a legal term. In the High Court one has to be proven "without a shadow of a doubt" but in the County Court proof only has to be in the "balance of probabilities"

this result can only mean Power to the People. But let Rafiq tell it how he sees it, . . .

That's not right. Criminal matters require proof beyond reasonable doubt (80% true). Civil matters are proven on a balance of probability ie more right than wrong (+ 50%).

I guess it's a bit like the n word. They can use it but we can't. My missus, who's Dutch Irish, said 'Pommie Shower' the other day, I should have called for a full enquiry.

Well worth a watch whether you're a fan of cricket or not. Essential if you're a fan of intellect and the beauty (in the right hands, certain posters take note) of the english language. Post-Rafiq, so that is referenced.

5.00 > 49:00 for Fry.

Thank you, i had seen it previously but will listen and look again.

Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course).

If Fry uses some fancy language it must be true. He's so thick-skinned and completely an expert on playing cricket at a high level. He literally knows all about it.

These numbers you quote are from googling and are US based

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.
