I really dont know why these deals are not made public , its hardly going to effect any deal if it happens and gives everyone some perspective of where the the club and player stand with regard the financial implications of the deal .

The problem is, as per usual, awful PR from the club, after any deal is done, tell the fans, or are they too embarrassed to announce some.
