Oli McBurnie is Sheff Utd's Christian Benteke.
Only scored 6 goals in his last 60 games and none from 18 this season.

I think we should go for a straight swap

Luka is not our saviour. He's looked crap for two seasons. Was Eze taking free kicks or corners? When he did he got a goal and an assist against Leeds. He hasn't taken them since. This is a serious failing of management in my opinion. Sick of us at all set pieces.

While he may not be our saviour...we're definitely missing his presence and leadership in my opinion.

It will be interesting to see the posters opinions on our last couple of performers who contributed to the meltdown on this thread now.

“This is a crisis, a large crisis.... in fact if you have a moment, it’s a 12 storey crisis, magnificent entrance hall, carpeting throughout, 24 hour portage , and an enormous sign on the roof saying “This , is a large crisis” - Edmund Blackadder

West Ham beat us on Wednesday and they will back saying Mr Hodgson is hopeless and needs to go, frustration isn't the word because these fans always just look at the score and never the performance.

Not if it's a performance with some kind of attacking intent.

Nail, head.

Those who have protected Roy vociferously have rather missed the point. No fans want to see us lose, no fans expect us to win every match, some of the performances though leading up to this season and a couple of the matches early this season were absolutely shocking and it has been resolved to a great degree by changing the way we play.

You could say all credit to the manager for changing the way we play, others might say, why did it take so long to do it.

I’ll accept that Eze has made a bit of a difference and that we no longer have the forward line injuries we had previously however it is more the change of formation and the change of intent that has improved our fortunes and has Palace fans smiling again, even if it may be short lived!

Long may performances like Spurs continue.

A somewhat bizarre & inaccurate post considering only as recently as Sunday there was considerable praise for the performance despite the result being a 1-1 home draw.

A draw and a loss is quite a large difference, what exactly is bizarre about my post?

The games where some fans have been calling for our manager to go have always followed where we have missed really good opportunities to score and in my understanding that is because of attacking intent, sounds like you're actually backing up my results complaint to me.

The criticism of RH reached a peaking after a game where we had 0 shots and hardly got into the opponent's penalty area.

The criticism was of the TACTICS. Not the result.
