Having seen Jeff Schlupp's abysmal effort last night I don't understand, in the absence of Milivojevic, why Ayew wasn't nominated.

He and his brother Andre have good from the spot with Ghana, in particular Jordan's blistering penalty in the African Nations Cup last year.

The captain's poor recent form (and his suicidal foul tendencies) means he is not now an automatic starter so we need a new reliable penalty taker. Ayew should be him.
