What he’s said is the case for many clubs in the prem now and in the past. Ask some of the bigger clubs below us in the championship who didn’t get this or gave into fan pressure. They might have a secret shortlist Tony Cascarino won’t have a clue is on it but I can’t think of any clubs grooming managers to take over the manager. He gets paid to write that Sh1t as well.

Sorry this missed off my reply: Regardless of your opinion about Mr Cascarino he does raise valid questions that many Palace fans have been voicing of late on this site
