Having been at the game I watched the highlights on Sky.
These confirmed my view that Wilf was very hard done by in the game.
It’s not that he’s just tripped, it’s the sly kicks and stamps, the pushes,shirt tugging and ridiculous accusations on diving whenever he goes down.
At least three players were taking it in turns at Watford with Capoue the worst offender.
I used to think Atkinson was a decent ref but the last two occasions he has been in charge it has been embarrassing and he seems to have it in for Wilf.
I do feel, however, that he is easier to contain when he has to play in a narrow corridor of 60 yards on the left of the pitch, often with his back to goal.
Give him more freedom to move across the pitch and knock the ball behind the defenders where he can run on to the ball.

We all knew Wilf would get constantly fouled here and the same will happen with BHA with Dunk n co taking turns next week.

Maybe Roy should change tactics Tekkers and Wickham up front bypass Wilf with some good old Route 1 up to 2 big front guys. Let Wilf roam and occupy 2 of their players. And please a bit of protection from our players to Wilf, Cabaye was never shy of leaving a boot in.
