Yep, that’s pretty much as I see it. As one fan has mistakenly posted already on another thread, we could do with 12 players on the pitch to get the best out of our flair players.

Jairo is a player whose potential is just waiting to explode. I think he is terrific and he has real vision. He tried a couple of scathing through passes today that didn't quite come off - but if they had... Keep playing him Roy please. Not sure what Ray Parlour had got to do with it. The most ridiculous Essex accent ever, but liked a drink and a bet, so that makes him fine with me. Decent player as well.
