F1 has assisted development of many components now used on road cars. spoilers (that actually do a job, not there just for looks) 4 wheel drive (now banned from F1) Electronic ignition turbo chargers (now banned from F1) active ride suspension tyre technology composite construction As for Lewis Hamilton, his PR rating improved vastly once he ditched his dad from being his Manager. As for Lewis Hamilton, his PR rating improved vastly once he ditched his dad from being his Manager.
