You will be able to get emergency treatment somewhere. Make it a priority tomorrow and take the hit with the cost. Flying might make the pain significantly worse and the pain could ruin your holiday. Definitely get it seen to tomorrow mate.

See if you can get picked against Huddersfield Tuesday night. Their defenders will take care of it for you.

Why not get it extracted in Thailand? You could also consider getting your testicles removed & Breast implants at the same time. You'd probably get a good price...

I see you are in Bromley. There is an emergency dentist in Charlton village. I used them last year when I had a dry socket after a tooth extraction.

Standard practice is clear infection before tooth repair/extraction so you will need to wait 1-2 weeks for antibiotics to help clear it.

Even if you get emergency appointment they will just do as i stated above but may give you some pain killers as well if you do not have any.

Just avoid solid foods like you would if the tooth had been removed also salt water rinse will help
