and so my friends, conjecture from the map in the link on where the clowns will relocate to. With the new stadium, West Ham have encroached on clown territory near the River and will be offering free tickets to kids for the forseeable future.

Having established that this town South of the River is too small for the both Palace AND Charlton, and the Eagles are soaring high.....

Clown money is too tight to mention.

Even the niche in the market for impecunious scumbag tasty tw@ts, bigots, burberry cap wearers, and working class heroes has been occupied by Battersea dogs home pitbull club and poo recycling facility.....what village will the low gloomy Valley relocate to ?

West Ham moved further away from Charlton when they transferred from the Boleyn Ground to the London Stadium. As for "Eagles soaring high", we were potential relegation fodder until yesterday, despite our good run. And until recently, we hadn't been doing any "soaring" for 15 months. Beware of hubris; that's a lesson we should have learnt from Charlton.

As well as being very wary about keeping Pardew in charge for any more than twelve months
