I'm not someone who calls for capital punishment but he deserves a bullet in the head for what he did to them. Certainly, people like this should never experience the outside of prison or a secure facility for the rest of their natural life. But I think its inevitable that when the state starts killing people, a) it makes mistakes b) it inevitably starts down a path of killing more people c) it increasingly makes it easier for the state to kill people.
