Sounds like some righty thug in his own party has sparked out Steven Woolfe. Hope he's alright.

The whole forced 'lefty spat on leader so maybe that's why she stepped down' silly political angle on here was stupid enough to begin with. Political affiliation has little to do with people being violent or scummy. S*** people are s*** people.

Oh come on, let's not cheapen this forum.

Exactly. UKIP's doing a perfectly good job of that for us.

"According to Sky News, Steven Woolfe was punched once by a colleague before he staggered back and hit his head on metal bar. The two colleagues were both seemingly alright after the fight and went to vote."

"After voting and collapsing on a bridge he reportedly told the person who rushed over to assist him that he had "lost the feeling down one side of his body".

Poor bloke. A robust exchange of ideas in fair enough but this type of behaviour is beyond a joke.

No more "silly" than your racial angle postings on other threads.

Sadly political and racial conflict DOES bring out the worst in most people, some more than others though I'll grant you that.

A person's experience of race is in part based on the colour of their skin. When someone said race doesn't exist, even though they'd taken part in several race discussions, I just stated that it's easier for some to say that than others - that's true for blacks and whites as it happens based on location. My race doesn't pleclude me from making an observation. I haven't even said much in the police shootings thread for instance apart from criticising BLK for what it's worth. There's nuance in life mate..

Latching on to this lefty 'spit' story out of nowhere to go with with other 5000 'arent lefties terrible' threads is not comparable in any meaningful way to sometimes talking about racial issues when others do from a perspetive that isn't exactly well represented on here.

I feel that my thread was worthy of discussion and others have contributed to it willingly.

You found it silly and rather than just ignoring it, you had to let us all know.... hey ho that's life I guess... we can't all match your expectations I suppose.
