I shall add Banshee to my list of things to watch. Walking Dead is still doing well...Nygen looks to be another good addition. Expansys is another show that looks good and has just finished season 1 and I aait season 2 with relish As for GoT JS coming back was obvious but now that the show is not running off of the books (due to George R Martin getting fatter on the royalties and becoming way too lazy to churn anymore out)it'll likely follow the staid format that has seen the likes of Walking Dead et al succeed...but that'll likely be to its detriment over the next season or so.

A massively underrated show - and you're spot on with the sex and violence. IMDB rates it 8.4 to GoT's 9.5, but the amount of votes for GoT is nearly 1m rather than Banshee's 50K. IMDB also have this nugget "New this season, Eliza Dushku hits the scene and the hunt for Jobe ensues." Now I'm definitely setting up Sky+. Edited by Charlie Croker (03 May 2016 4.12pm) Current season will apparently be the last. And so far its been a bit more restrained, well for Banshee anyhow, and very cleverly presented. I love the way that they manage to convey the anger in characters, almost as if getting a look into the psyche. Plus shotgun to the face, has never been so well done. Even by Banshee standards that was horrific (and I have a high tolerance for violence).
