You getting enough? It's incredibly important and not sufficiently prioritised. Too little sleep can be extremely harmful and indeed some particular studies have empirically demonstrated that getting no more than 4 hours per day will automatically make you behave like an unmitigated c*** ... ("Zzz" etc.)

more rubbish each person is different other studios have show this so can be fine sleeping few hours doing it spread out but others need say 6-8. They also leave out too much sleep harms you this is a case with a lot of people they sleep too much and that makes them feel awful so they want more sleep and it goes on and on.

There might be some truth in this study. Most people on here think I'm a cnut and I'm pretty much an insomniac - lucky to get 2 hours sleep at night and the odd half hour during the day.
