No sport is safe. Won't be long before we understand why certain decisions are made by certain match officials. Only in my opinion of course

Knew Murray couldn't get where he is without help. Now time to give back his SPOTY award!

Indeed - no sport is safe, not least football with all the shenanigans at FIFA et al. There needs to be a rigorous investigation every time a goalkeeper concedes a really soft goal, especially if it happens twice within a short space of time.

Given time, we'll be betting on whether a match is fixed, and in time, whether the fixing of a match that we've bet on being fixed, has been fixed.... The only real option to prevent this problem is to remove betting from sporting events, or restrict it dramatically. Most match fixing is itself related to the laundering of money by organised crime. As it stands gambling is a massive incentive to match fixing, and making gambling easier, global and online only serves to make it more exposed.

Anyone got a link to that African nations game a few years back when everyone was trying to miss in the last few minutes? Hilarious. Because of the way the group had gone the defending team was trying to score and the attacking team was trying to miss. Can't remember who it was but I'd love to see it again.

Goals in extra time counted as double and Barbados had to win by 2. Youtube link: [Link]
