Not sure if anyone can help me, but when I use BBC online iplayer and streams etc I cannot get any sound. Volume is OK just nothing at all. Any help much appreciated.

check to volume again not only may your speakers have volume control but there will be one for the sound card and the iplayer itself so three places to look.
