Southwold 10k race

Any Palace fans in or around the Southwold area, this Sunday 22nd November is the Southwold 10k race. It's 3 laps of the town! I despite having hit the big 60 this year will be giving it another go and hope to go round in about 45 minutes. I will be running wearing last years yellow away shirt and my number is 516. Would be great to get a few 'Eagles' chants to help me on my way. Also as luck would have it the finish line is right outside the 'Red Lion' pub and I shall be in there after I finish in an effort to rehydrate!!! So come in and say hello and enjoy the local ale.
