As for the dog, i very much doubt the new 'owners' will love it as much as the poor fella will, and it's freedom will be far far less.
God bless the French, pick on a homeless chap and his chum but shat themselves when Hitler blah blah blah................

Time to move forward together.

I always used to think when I saw a homeless person with a dog " blimey mate you can barely look after yourself let alone a dog as well" . but I have since read a big issue article that its sort of encouraged , it makes them think more about getting themselves sorted and gives them responsability

Should give them a baby to look after as well, might speed it up even more.

Yeah, like that has helped many 'non homeless' to sort themselves out!
The mind boggles

So TUX, how does it feel without your dog?

Saw the bearded guy on London Bridge sharing a pack of ham with his dog. I'd say it shows him as more capable of looking after himself meaning there's actually some benefit in giving him money rather than the foreign beggar who limps up and down speaking his only word of English, 'Please'.
