Don't roll your eyes, but I just have to give a shout out to a top bloke, and regular on here, Nick the Eagle.
I went online a couple of weeks ago, on the scrounge for Palace Man City tickets in the usual way....coming from Canada, need tickets etc.
Nick did his due diligence to ensure that I was Palace, and I am.
No plastics here!!! Long time Palace fan, one who flys to England strictly to watch Palace rather than a tourist trip and a Football match as an afterthought. Anyway, I digress.
Nick was flippin awesome. 3 brilliant seats in the Holmesdale, even willing to give up his own regular seat. Met me at the ground before the match, showed me all the new SP new bits, beers in the red and blue bar. Nick made sure that it was a very special day.
And to all those on here who grumble about tourists and pine for the old days of 4k crowds vs Crewe. Give your head a shake. My first match was 1968 or 69 vs Huddersfield and every home match thru to 1975 after, many, many away days. Have come back for all the big ones, and I can't remember a better time to watch the Palace than today. The ground looks brilliant, nice and compact, great atmosphere, Kayla, The Crystals, Glad all Over and the HF...unbeatable experience.
Had a fantastic day that I won't soon forget. And Nick the Eagle is now a legend. Top man, red and blue, through and through. A fabulous ambassador for CPFC.

Always look on the bright side of life

Good morning Calgary

First up, thank you for those nice words. It was a great pleasure to meet you and your guests on Saturday. Shame about the result ( yes I did see the goal) you know what you have to do if I can help you in the future.

For the rest of you, let me explain a little. I am in the position to assist helping gain some extra tickets for some games. These tickets are strictly for Palace fans only as they are for the lower Holmsdale.
Before anyone slates me, these tickets and there only 3 or 4 of them are at face value only and I will never make a profit on them.

There are a few of us Palace fans that are very keen on making sure that any unused seat if filled to avoid them being wasted. Casing point is that someone who buys a Cat A ticket also needs to buy a Cat B one and then can't use it.

So going forward, if any of you need a little help with tickets drop me a PM and I will try and, even if I can't I may be able to put you in touch with someone who can.

If anyone would like to know how or what tickets I have, please also PM me.

Helping Calgary out is the real reason a few of us do this. Just trying to help out real Palace fans out worldwide. We call it #Palacefamily.

Plus I got to meet a proper old school fan and a nice bloke to boot.
